A Long and Diverse Life Experience At Your Service
With six decades of passion-driven life experience in Asia, Europe, and the US, I've been through profound changes, numerous challenges, successes and failures. I have come out stronger from an experience that has deeply prepared me to understand your own journey.
Growing up with the mindset that health is our most precious resource, I started practicing QiGong 25 years ago, and through meditation practice, I have trained my mind and tastebuds to enjoy what's good for me, each time it felt necessary. I want to share with you some of the tiny habits that have helped me progressively adopt those behavior changes which I needed at each juncture for my own survival.
I have maintained the same weight since my 20s and am feeling even stronger now than ever before, without any extreme dieting or extreme workout, by combining practices in martial arts, QiGong, and endurance activities. The practical tips I have developed over time are now complemented by my formal training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, fully preparing me to assist you in your own health and well-being challenges.

He provided the knowledge, but also the support and accountability that I needed (even coaches need coaches!).
Through daily breathwork exercises, I was able to improve my breathing in everyday life.
He taught me innovative ways to incorporate breathwork into my day – like cooking, eating, being with my family, or before bed - as well as my walking and weight lifting routine.
It not only made me a better breather in everyday life, but it also helped me be more aware of my breath and generally more present and mindful - without having to sit and meditate (which I've always had trouble doing).
It helped me control emotions like anger and stress eating and how to “nip it in the bud” with breath awareness.
I now had my breath to come back to whenever I needed it.
In six sessions spaced out over three months, Phac guided me through a well-designed program to improve my breathing, bring more mindfulness to my day, reduce stress, and ultimately improve my health and well-being.
